Your Club, Your Voice

The recent Members’ Survey, independently conducted by Golf Business Advisory Services (GBAS), provides a clear measure of the Club’s current performance and direction. Overall Membership Satisfaction has increased from 69.5% in 2022 to 82% in the most recent survey—representing a material and encouraging uplift.

While there remains more to do, this result reflects consistent, incremental improvement across a range of areas and indicates that the changes implemented are resonating with Members.

We are currently carefully considering the feedback provided. The insights gathered will help shape our priorities and inform decision-making as we continue to enhance the overall Club experience. While the vast majority of feedback was constructive and valuable, a small number of comments did not reflect the standard of respect expected within our Club community. Members are encouraged to engage in a manner consistent with our shared values of respect and consideration.

The key outcomes of the review, including proposed actions, will be outlined in detail at the upcoming Membership Information Meeting. We strongly encourage you to attend the session at 7:00 pm on Monday, 18 May 2026. This will provide an opportunity to hear directly from the Board and Management, gain further insight into the Club’s progress and priorities, and ask questions.

For those unable to attend in person, the meeting will be live-streamed. A version of the plan will also be published in the monthly E-Magazine to ensure all Members remain informed.

We look forward to your involvement.
